There are plenty of little things we can do every day to change our lives. And we can do this, by actually doing nothing, just listening.
This is what I use on myself, so I can confirm - they are working.
Affirmations and self hypnosis are my favourites to reprogram my mind. Sound baths and guided meditations to calm and cleanse emotions. They are deeply relaxing so perfect for falling asleep or drifting into a trans like meditative state.
I share with you couple of generic recordings so you can have a taste. Of course it would be more effective if the recording is designed especially for you. See if you like them.
